Club Factory — size to be changed

I had ordered for 2 sweaters and 1 jacket under medium size category but all these purchases are not right fitted to me, hence i am requesting you to kindly replace my orders of sweaters from medium size with xl size for sweaters and kindly refund amount of jacket in my bank account.

Also on 8-dec-2017 i had filled a return request for above mentioned products but no action has been taken by your team side till today. Below mentioned are the return ids :-

Request you to please do the needful by changing sizes of my sweaters and refunding money of jacket in my bank account at the earliest otherwise i will be forced by your non responses to take further actions against your company in consumer forum.
