[Resolved]  Club Factory — sling purse/ poor -defective quality of material

I ordered a Long belt smartphone sling bag on 27th march, 2019 and the said product was delivered to me on 3rd April, 2019. I opened the parcel on 4th April, 2019 and found the sling bag to be made up of extremely poor quality of raw material..we can call it defective material ..I contacted club factory, talked to their CF agent but they were not at all ready to accept their mistake. I sent them the pics and then being satisfied with the defective product, they agreed to take it back but i was asked to pay refund charges of Rs 90.
I argued with them about no fault of mine. I denied to pay any product return charges. They just said that you will have to bear it and company won't do it or bear the return charges.
They accepted their fault but are not ready to pay thr return charges
