Club Factory — slow delivery from courier

My order have been in the destination city for more than 2 weeks but have not been delivered. It is a prepaid order and why is it so slow? When can i expect it? Please reply my mail. I have been mailing from the app but i see no response. Please take action with the slow delivery. I beg you to hear my complains and do something about this as soon as possible.

I have ordered products from club factory on 23 june 2019 i have not received my order it shows custom clearance status when will i receive my package? I am so worried about it. Order no. = S[protected]
Customer care say that wait but it exceeds the expected date limit what i do about it.
Plz do something as early as possible.

Some one is calling and saying that we are from club factory and is using your company details...and making people fools...by asking account details...and asking people to credit money in to Thier account so that they will credit with more money
