Your customer service centre is replying very late and not answering the question. I need to cancel my order placed on 3rd august, 2018. I have placed the order wrong. I am very much disappointed by your customer service centre's working speed. Hope you can see to it and cancel my order as soon as possible to you. My order number is so37350621. Club Factory customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Aug 03, 2018 Updated by Komal Mahajan They are saying that replies ill get will be after 35 minutes. But i have messaged before 40 minutes. And still i haven't got the reply or they haven't took any action.
