[Resolved]  Club Factory — smartwatch scam

I ordered an Amazefit smart watch but I was delivered a fake watch instead. also the order number on the parcel and order number on the website do not match. the status of the delivery is also not changed. and my refund keeps on delaying beside my continuous complaints. The company made many wrong statements like we are working on your issue besides so much delay and no solution. My complain number on the app are #591947

I request a refund of my hard earned money because its been too much time and no progress of my complaint.0
