I logged as a guest user and purchase 2 products from your website which I received on 30th of July however it was a deffective products so I talked to your customer service team they advised me talk to your support team I contacted them on 30th of July and they raised my return request and arrange my reverse pickup however from that time till now no one come up to take that shipment moreover the support team is just doing copy paste msgs by saying pickup will be done within 2-3 days . Worst product and worst service I have ever come across.Order Number- SO32069137
