Its been over two months now i have been following up regularly for my refund. I have all the proofs of my product being returned and accepted by your side. I have attached the same. Inspite of this i have not heard from you people of my money. Each time i call, they say that they escalating to the senior team but all in vain. Worst customer service ever experienced!
