Club Factory — still waiting for the items ordered almost 50 days ago

I placed an order on september 7, 2017, and i was supposed to receive it within 10 days but its been more than 50 days and nothing is delivered yet. Customer care on the app are saying to just wait and nothing else can be done. They won't even refund. Please deliver my items or refund my amount of rs. 3034. The gati people were saying that there was some changes in customs. They should at least respond back with the updates. Customer service is very bad... Please help me get mymoney
