The item "lucky friday bts bangtan boys 94 j-hope printing t-shirts"

The picture in the website promises free gift, key chain
The delivery is of wrong size and no free gift.
When contacted the customer care i am told that their is no free gift for this item. The picture is for just representation.
Very disappointed as this is playing with customer sentiments. I had purchased it for my daughter and she felt bad about this. Highly unprofessional and deceiving way to sell merchandise
