Club Factory — They cancelled my product and refund is still stuck,no way to contact them, application also not working

My clubfactory account is registered with [protected], and my name is jisha josey. my last order id SO[protected] is cancelled and got message that refund will processed.i hav been waiting for 2 weeks. also the application is not working soi cant contact them.
