[Resolved] Club Factory — they delivered faulty items and don't help me to return them | |||
Hello! I've received a few days ago a delivery from Club Factory which contained damaged items. I've ordered one pair of sandals which are ok, one dress which is damaged, another dress which is too small and a hand bag which is damaged and of very bad quality, it doesn't look like on the website. I've contacted them to explain that I want to keep the sandals and want to return the dresses and the bag, but they reply after hours with the wrong answers, which don't apply to me, they close the chat after a minute and don't read my messages properly to understand my issue and try to help. On their website is stated clearly that customers can return faulty or unwanted items within 9 days, but with the delay they reply that will be impossible. I've paid £35.84 for the items, the sandals are £5.81. I was offered $2 compensation to keep the items. 2 dollars for 30 pounds!!! I can't wear small and damaged items. They ignore my requests and reply with things that don't apply to me. I so regret buying from them. I want my money back and everyone to know that they are frauds, they steal from people.
