Club Factory — they did not refund my money | |||
I ordered for a dress at 17 September 2018 on time 10:26am... The debited Money but the order for that item get failed and then I complened for that problem and they assured me that your money will be refunded but "still my money is not refunded" to my account... They did not refunded my money... I tried many timemails to approach to the club factory customer service but the said that it will be refunded but it will not refunded still... I have a copy of payment which was done through my card and I m going to attached with my complaint Was this information helpful? | |||
