I have ordered 2 items from clubfactory which was expected to arrive on 28th august 2018 (Order number so[protected]. They haven't updated the tracking status properly. When i checked the status now, it is showing as 'returned'. The customer didn't receive any phone call or email regarding it. I have paid the full amout at the time of ordering. The customer service is also not replying. They are not giving any clarification for return without customer intimation. I believe club factory is a fraud one. Was this information helpful? | |

I had ordered a white lace top on club factory for which i didn't receive any confirmation message or mail so I ordered it again for which I received a confirmation code and even mail. I have received the delivery for the same. So now I want to cancel my first order SO40420301.

My ordered no: SO40622629 with my name VIJAYA . I ordered Crystal magic charm necklace and made online payment through debit . I got only order confirmation but till today I didn't get any shipping and tracking info about my order . So Try to deliver my order as soon as possible or else cancel order and refund my payment .

[Club Factory] You order SO36253233 is being processed by factories. To prepare your items, it takes about 1-3 business days. I got this message on 1 August but still not got any message and order also now its not showing my details also I did online payment also 1002 I made payment still how many days it will take

placed an order on 29th July and i did not get the product delivered till date. Moreover, i am unable to track the status of the ordered product and i am also not receiving any notification regarding its progress. I have already made the payment including shipping charges.
