Club Factory — till date given order no so[protected] is not received to me and I can't track my order.

I have given order to club factory on 04/08/2019, but till date my item is not received to me and also I can't racking my order. my order is conform and amount is already deducted from my account. I have so many time to conect by customer care number no one is replying and only casate is runing so ling time. This club factory is very bad service. I ahve also three time given mail to clubfactory customer mail also not single reply.

My account club factory i just log out and i forgot my password so i have to created new account which in the previous account that i had sent a message that i'am very dissapointed with the size of the shoe and sweatshirt so now i couldn't open my previous account and the meesage too

I have ordered a product from club factory order id follows : SO[protected] and tracking id follows :[protected]. Got message from club factory says item was delivered 2 days ago but haven't received any item till today. When contacting customer care the number was always busy.

Contacting the customer care from the day i received message saying "Item was delivered" but no luck, then i checked for consumer forum about complaining then i can see more complaints towards club factory, Please let me know if required any additional information, Please resolve the issue ASAP. I just bought an item worth 99/- to check reliable and genuinity of the product and the shopping app now i lost my trust on it.

Also I checked the sound quality is bad.hence I don't want this order.
I ordered one airpod which was costing 195 rupees due to independence day offer i cancelled because the delivery period was very long, I cancelled the product 4-5 days earlier still i haven't received the cash
10 days ago i had a mp3 player booking on the club factory.com But this order not deliverd.
