[Resolved]  Club Factory — to return the item due to poor quality

Dear club factory, i bought 07 products on march 11, 2018 with order number so15046753 with. I received the products on march 23, 2018 with tracking number[protected].
Actually, one of the items, the bag item number f30-04-12 xxx00668854n did not match to original pictures and to me also. I paid this products by online payment methods through my credit card.
So i kindly request to you take back the product and refund my money through original payment methods or any payment methods as soon as possible.

According to our return policy, you need to bear the shipping fee of return. And please do put a paper with your order number and return reason on it so that we can identify the package and process the refund without delay.

I ordered things on 4th March 2018 and received a message saying order would be delivered on 22nd March 2018 ... but not received, the tracking status shows pick up rescheduled since so many days.
