Club Factory — too small and not getting in contact with customer care

I got my parcel (Order no:so[protected] but it is too small. So i requested for refund and pick up but yet no body contacted me and even your customer care number is always busy when i will get my refund and when you will pick up the item. I need to become your regular customer but you are not providing better service. Kindly request you to provide better service and return my money at the earliest
