Club Factory — tracking details

Club factory app says that my order is being shipped by gati courier. My tracking details have not been updated from last three days on the app. When i called at gati customer care and told them my tracking number they said that they are not shipping my order.
Gati told me that contact club factory and ask them who is shipping your order.
