Club Factory — tracking guest order

Hello, It has been a week since I ordered the product and there has been no information regarding the delivery land there seems to be no way to track it.. I have received only payment confirmation and then nothing else and there seems to be no email confirmation also. The order no:SO51891843 .please do tell how to track it as there is no guest tracking in your website. Waiting for a response
