[Resolved] Club Factory — tracking ie not updating and product already been paid | |||
I have already paid for order SO[protected] from Club Factory. The tracking is not updating since 23rd july and now its already start of August. I called Club Factory so many times, they never pick up and i sent mails too, never replied. I also ordered another product which is payment on delivery, i ordered both the same day, the one i did not pay already came few dats back and the one i paid still lost. Since i already paid, make sure that i receive my product on estimated time and the product has to be good. Was this information helpful? | |||

My ordered item has been in customs clearance and I called customer care for about 3-4 times but still there is no effective response and my money has been on halt even can’t refund me or deliver the product very poor service
