[Resolved]  Club Factory — two items of orders are missing

Sir/mam,
I ordered 14 dresses for women and kids last january 30, the delivery came today but i only received 12 items. Two of my orders are missing. My order no. Is so13217220. The missing items is sweet shoulder petals wedding dress and short sleeved chiffon long dress. I paid you right for my orders. So you should ship us the right parcel too.
