Club Factory — unable to access my order

Hi team,

I had placed an order last sunday, payment was made i have confirmation of the same on email and sms. I am not able to track my order. When i am checking it on app i am getting the error that no order is placed.
I need a confirmation on when will i receive my order. It is a matter o[censored]rgency. Payment was already done if there is any problem in receiving the order what about the refund amount.
Look in to this.
