Club Factory — unable to return the product

Hi,
This is regsasrding the returning the product in online portal for club factory.

I am not able to return / claim the refund as the product when details are shared in the app. They are asking credit card/ debit card number & cvv number.. Which can be used else where as well.. This is cheating. Why are they asking for these details.

I didnt receive my parcell till yet already it takes 15 days to order and i did not receive it .it always shows the same status .if i do not reveive my parcel i will go to the court and sue on u .
