I had placed the order on 16th Sept 2018.. My order no is SO47532452.. When i try to track my order from the mobile app, it's not showing anything and says my orders not found. I am having the app which has no option to track the above order. So can I presume money is gone? Either please let me know when will i receive my order.. Or refund my money.. Waiting for a positive response. Kindly reply to my mail id ASAP with the status and get my app show the status for tracking.
