[Resolved] Club Factory — unable to track so want to cancel order

My order no. So76645336 and it tracking number is[protected]. I recieved the message of order shipped with abve mentioned tracking number tried to tracck order but no tracking data is displayed and i have ordered the prodcut on 2018/12/17 and have done the payment as well
For above mentioned details still no updates or tracking are displayed or message is recieved kindly share the updates of delivery or cancel order and refund me money
