Club Factory — unable to use existing balance for next order | |||
Order id : SO42924801 Refund id : SOR[protected] I order a Bluetooth speaker which was broken and I demanded refund and it got credited in my club factory account balance. But I’m not able to use the balance for my next order. There is no option in the payment page . And also, I cannot withdraw the full amount as I’m not able to enter the decimal digits . I have ordered the products from club factory as a guest user but now not able to view and track the products. Now its been approximately 30 days. I haven't get mu products n also not able to track the items. Please let me know how can i track my ordered products.

My order no. SO49972042 placed for a bunch of earrings as per display picture. I am sent one earring which is nowhere in picture. Customer care is arguing that i hv ordered 1 unit.Any grp product shows unit as 1.In the app, my mobile appears as invalid no.i want to return without shipping fee as product cost isonly Rs.185.it is misleading site.
