Complaint marked as Resolved I don't think complaining here helped in any way as I just did it a few hours ago and the delivery guy just dropped off my order. Apparently, the guy that's supposed to deliver to my house quit his job and the supervisor, unaware of this, marked my order was complete?! Whatever the case is.. I'm just glad my order was fulfilled.
When I contacted customer care they said they cannot help me as this is now an escalation as this is 15 days old case now and that I need to contact chat support on the app.
But the app says" sorry we couldn't pick up, please contact us or return on your own"
The irony is that the app has no fixed time to reply to your query and there is no pop up or notification that they have replied to your query, so by the time u open the app again the agent who tried to attend to you after a long time has vanished due to his agent call time per call !
COLLECTY RETURN PACKAGE AND RETURN MY MONEY!!!
