Club Factory — want my refund

I order the product on 19 oct and the delivery date was 6 nov but i haven't received my order. The payment was made online. Today its 15nov i haven't received any update of that order please make a refund. I am attaching the screen shot of payment and the order too. So please help me. I have been waiting for too long to recieve my order please help me. I tried to call the customer care but i can't call and they also didn't respond to any of my email.
