Club Factory — want to return a shirt with order no. s09938989

I bought a shirt with order no. S09938989 from club factory. The size is very small and it doesn't fit me. I want to return the product back. The product was delivered on 3rd january. I want a refund for the product. I bought the shirt with two other items. The other two items are ok. I wouldn't return these. But the shirt is very small and i want to return it back. So, how would i return it back? What are the procedures that need to be done for getting the refund? At which address to send back the product? Please give a detail explanation of how to return it back and get my refund.
