[Resolved]  Club Factory — watch and balloons

I have placed an order for a watch and balloons packet for a birthday party from club factory on 03/07/19. And the delivery date was showing as before 21st august. It's 30th aug already and not delivered yet. When i checked the tracking number, it's showing as not picked up by the delivery partner. I called the cf customer service number and asked about the delivery, they are saying that i have to wait for some more days and they also don't know till when. When i told them to cancel my order, they said it's not possible.
This way they cheat the customers and i am telling everyone not to believe in them and lose your money like me.
I want to know how can i get my money back. Can anyone help me with that??

Hi i got the order but the product already is having some issue.There is no stone for one ear ring

Worst app I have ever seen ... I ordered the product 25 days ago but still they not diliverd any product to me ... I'm getting very angry now & I will file a case if my order is not dileverd within 2-3 days... They took online payment from me but no response till... 😡😡😡😡😡
