Club Factory — waterproof cover

My order number is SO[protected].My order showed delivered on 16th april.but i have not received my product till date.and i have called and texted club factory more than 15 times and every time they said that they need some more time to resolve.
The sign are not matching with mine and they are saying that may be your relatives have taken that parcel.it was my office address and now they are not returning my money.
