[Resolved] Club Factory — where is my order??? crap

I have ordered two items from you on 09. March.2018, but still no idea where the order is?. How would i track my order, and what is my tracking id. My order nos : so14915800 and so14916508.

Thus, we have to cancel the order for you. And the related refund will be done to your original payment method. Normally you will receive it in 8-20 days. Sorry again for the trouble. We had ordered so mamy items on 3 march 2018.To know my order details i called various no.found from the site but the respone was worst.They don't know how to talk with customer. Later i came to know that my order was cancelled without my permission. When inquired about this no proper response was given and when asked for refund they cut the call.
