[Resolved] Club Factory — why you freeze my balance | |||
As you are showing that my order# so93420003 is pay freeze. Now i am not able to order it because you are not showing my balance when i am trying to order it. Why it is pay freeze? Unfreeze my balance and let me use it. This is a bad experience with club factory. This is my husband lalit's club factory account from which i am trying to order bag packs for our baby girls. Apr 4, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Verified Support Mar 04, 2019 Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear, you must have used both balance and third party payment method. The pay freeze will be released once payment from third party channel is finished. Sorry for the confusion.

I had placed an order SO64747958 and returned it after a few days.
This order was placed in Nov 2018 and I have been following up with them for the refund. Customer care is non responsive. Kindly help.

i don't know why it is showing pay freeze when i paid it from my club factory account balance. 1 rupees extra was required so i paid it from card but know it is showing that club factory account balance is zero and my order is too not paid
