We ordered 3 wireless earphones. Two of them did not have a charger and also they are not in a working condition. We waited 10 days for the delivery and are now disappointed. Tried calling your helpline number which always came busy. My order number is so37287387. Very poor customer service. I hope this is considered immediately and the problem is solved.
