Received delivery yesterday. I had ordered a wireless earphone but the charger box is not working. I tried going to the return option in the app using guest order but the not able to proceed ahead using app due to some technical error.
called support for help they said contact chat support,
chat support was not able to guide correctly and went offline in 5 mins.
tired of this return process.
please send someone to pick up the product and arrange for refund asap. why should i go through this problem when its not my fault. please do not ask me to courier it.

I ordered some clothes yesterday[protected] in CLUB FACTORY ONLINE SHOPPING APP for the price of 5000/ & i paid online- i got a mail showing the Order ID. but i cant find my order details in Club factory app and online tracker.

Is this fraud? i am not getting any idea. Please help me
