Club Factory — withdraw money not got yet and recent refund is also not credited in my account

I have not got my refunded money yet for one product which i have already returned 3 days ago and on the top of that my last refunded money which was credited to my club factory wallet have not transferred in to my bank account even after i withdrawn it already.. Kindly please help me the amount was usd 22.21 its a big amount for me whatsoever.. I hope my problem gets resolved as soon as possible
