I ordered 17s wireless headphones order no s[protected]. But the received piece was defective so on the same day i requested for a return policy. On my surprise ur pick boy with contact number[protected] said me to reach at his place and provide the parcel this is very disgusting to know the type of worst customer service the club factory providing to their customers and till date my order is still on applied request and further more i called customer service to get the ultimate resolution but again ur customer care executive ms megha told me to wait for a week time. Hope i will get a rply back when the person come to collect my parcel and i will get my refund back Was this information helpful? | |||

I ordered a pair of shoes, order id : SO43524467. I requested for return on 4th Sep'18. I am surprised to see that no one has contacted me yet to pick it and nor a response from club factory has been received.
I feel like that I have been cheated.
