I have recently ordered a Black top but it's been changed to red after Ordering It!! When I tried to contact Customer service Regarding This, In Reply I got only sorry but no help!! So I had to cancel the order unfortunately And when I tried to order the same product, I am unable to do t!! ND still there Is no response from Customer service!! All I could say is worst customer service!! They don't say anything else other than sorry!! Very disappointed with Club factory!!

Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear, our stuff can not change the color of the item you have ordered, you probably clicked the wrong item. Besides, we can not cancel a shipped item. But you can apply for return when you receive it. Hope this helps you.

I bought a pair of shoes for 121 SR.
I was told It was out of stock. I will receive my refund within 5-10days. Its been 45 days and I haven't received my refund yet. I've been checking my credit card statement since then but no refund. I contacted their customer care services but they never replied.
