Club Factory — wrong pick up

Hi im francisca. I brought two dresses one for 3000 red colour and one 600pink colour. I applied for return on both now the 3000 dress has been picked up but i m getting message that 600 pink dress has been picked up. Please do something it's 3000. I called the delivery guy and they said they will not be able to help me as they already sent the dress to factory
