[Resolved] Club Factory — wrong product sent but not providing any refund or replacement | |||
I ordered large size t shirt and i revived small size t shirt, i contacted club factory customer support 3 times on chat because they don't have customer care number, however there executives are asking irreverent question and asking me to bare the shipping charges to get refund. It was my first experience with this shopping site and its really disappointing. I placed 2 orders on 12-apr-2018 but only received one product till date that to wrong size product even that they don't want to replace and my another product still not received.
