[Resolved] Club Factory — wrong product sent not refunding the money | |||
Dear Manager, I hope below email finds you well! This is regards to online ordered # S[protected] on 03rd Feb 2019 @ 1.21pm, This is to informed you that product has been delivered incorrectly on 07th Feb 2019, the same day we have raised the complaint for incorrect product has delivered and product has been returned to courier agency from Club Factory (Attached the zip file FYR) However, spoken to many executive on call and via chat on the issue, everyone has given wrong resolution and commitments, and also the issue is pending from a month, yet to resolve a simple issue, it’s very hard to take. Always getting wrong dates and time for the refund, since 15 days each one everyone is telling within in 3 working days but that day never arrived. Could you please take high action on this and refund the money or please re deliver the product which initially raises (Ear Tops). I hope this email finds to you well to get the resolution on this.
