Club Factory — wrong size delivery

Hi,
I have wrote to you approximately 2 weeks ago and still have had no response.

The company sent me a size 6 and not a 7, as ordered. I asked for a new pair to be sent out and a returns label. They have only offered me $2 and not to return.
I do a lot of online shopping and have never had this problem! I have sent photos and everything and i just want a full refund. All communications were done on my phone app.
Order number so26044502, placed june 10th, shipped 13th june.

I have returned an Order SO26758287 on 29th june 2018, It got delivered very late on 15th July. But my refund is not processed yet
