[Resolved] Club Factory — you have refused my order (so[protected] that i mailed by myself. please help

I received a faulty product for my order id so95834352. Then i applied for return and reverse pickup was not available then i mailed by myself but your warehouse refused the return. Clarify the refuse reason to me and arrange a reverse pickup option to me within srinagar jandk and also reimburse me the postage charges and the cost of my ordered product. Thanks in advance.
