Club Factory — yours company did not respond

I have order one jeans pant from club factory on date of 23/nov/2019, but i don't know the what issues i did't received pant i had paid cash by online payment by debit card. The order no is so[protected] and i many time talk with your customer care no many executive and supervisor they give very badly repose and not correct information, they disconnecting my call with out any correct answer it many disconnecting, please give my cash, please repose correctly
