Club Group Of Hotels — Misbehaviour of the staff | |
The mountain club people called us on to Ansal plaza south-ex on august 27, 2016. They kept on calling us at least ten times to be sure of our visit even when we had already confirmed our visit. Still they continued to pester us even after we told them that we are on our way and driving. After reaching there they took more than double the time they had promised they would take for their promotional material. And after we refused to be the member of the club mountain the person dealing with us started offending us when we claimed our free holiday saying even if the stay is free you would have to still shell out 25000 for food and travel and how many times can we think about staying in a five star. That's none of his business where we stay. He should have just given us the voucher. After all it is up to us to join the club or not..Swati Was this information helpful? | |
