They made false promise with me. As per agreement if you are not agree then you can cancel the agreement and their will be charge 15000. I cancel the agreement and paid 15000, waiting last 3 month but they are not refund my 85000 money. I am chasing and every time reply we are contacting HQ and let you know once get update. if you want to contact me then call [protected]

Club Group Of Hotels customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
after complain, they call me in night and said tomorrow they will call again but again no response. Already there month unnecessary EMI 22473 rs cut from the my account. kindly put the pressure on them so they resolved my concerns. First day when I need to visit then they call me 7 times in a hours and show all dedication, courtesy but now I am chasing and no response. every time get mail that we are talking with head quarter.
kindly guide may I proceed to logged the FIR on name of "Anam Mirza" who made the false commitment and "rakesh Giri" who is regional manager for this region.
I buy the policy from the Pacify Mall kaushmbi on date 20/02/2016.
Club group id provided to me is, NAMC-7323, SANGEET NEGI, BLUE ST 10
There is FIR filed in Noida SP office sector 6 against 'Club Group of Hotels'. Please give your complaint in written with all payment proof and membership documents in SP office noida.
