[Resolved] Club Jiva — Cancellation of membership | |||||
Respected Sir I have repeatedly requested Club Mahindra to cancel my membership, telephonically, by Email, by a letter sent by registered post and on their Facebook page. I was contacted by their person telephonically and was told that if I cancel my membership, I won't get any refund, to which I had agreed verbally but I had asked him to mention the same in the email. But I did not receive any email from them. Again this month, money got deducted from my account in spite of my clear instruction to cancel my membership immediately.
