However, I must express my disappointment with the way my concerns have been handled. The blocking of bookings due to pending ASF payments, in my opinion, is neither genuine nor customer-centric. As a member who has consistently paid the ASF, I find it unreasonable that the company chooses to block bookings rather than simply withholding 7 days or not crediting those days to the account until the payment is made.
