Booking Nights is a Nightmare in Club Mahindra. You have to book exactly four months before or you are gone...
For confirmed bookings: YOU WILL HAVE TO BE A FOOL LIKE --- Book holidays in Trivandrum in Heat Months of May and / or in January in Gangtok. What a waste.

The annual maintenance divide by 7 nights = Rs 3, 000 approx. per night which everyone have to pay irrespective whether they use the nights or not. This is apart from the huge lumpsum amount.

Food expenses for a family of 3 members = 4, 500 per night (B/F + Dinner). At 4, 500 you get confimed bookings in peak seasons in good places without harassment.

FINALLY I CAN CONCLUDE: A] To convert middle class into Upper Middle Class or B] to convert upper middle class into rich:
They should 1) invest huge lumpsum amount for membership 2) pay a few thousands per night as maintenance fee irrespective o[censored]se of nights 3) with tears eat food of thousands per time (waste if you are holidaying in south where local unlimited meals are available @ Rs[protected] & 4) Watch in HORROR the nights getting lapsed slowly but surely.

This is all because 100 resorts is absolutely INSUFFICIENT for lakhs of members / many (if not all) Corporate Moron Employees who signed up, creating a situation WORST THAN RAILWAY TICKET BOOKING IN PEAK SEASON (In Fact Railways are better)

And Joke is our Database is used by third parties who call us and tell us: we will use your nights for guest bookings and give you per night amount WHICH IS A SHAM / FRAUD. They will ask for token amount of Rs 3, 000 to 7, 000 and then vanish

    Member ID - 3004042

    Below points proves that we are being cheated by club Mahindra. Hence we request them to cancel our membership and refund of our membership amount of Rs. 1, 12, 187/-

    Points are as under:-

    1) We have paid total amount Rs. 1, 12, 187 but we have received invoice of just Rs. 25, 000/- . ( Copy is attached)

    2) At the time of discussions, we have been offered membership for 6 years, where as the validity of the membership card which we have received is only for 3 years i.e from[protected].

    3) We have not received any written confirmation regarding the offering which have been made to us during discussion. It is not written in my profile details on their site, neither come along with the membership card.

    We have made above complaint within 10 days of getting membership.

    We have communicated thru email many times and requested for refund but till date we have not received any response/ confirmation from them regarding refund.

      I have taken membership with club mahindra holidays with membership id 2999065. One day mr. paresh shinde from palhal holidays have visited our office and mentioned all the details regarding the membership, other than that of asf. Which was later known that, he has made all the fake commitments and there was breach of contract. He also mentioned that he is from mahindra and did not mentioned about the palhal holidays, which was also not fair.
      We just want to cancel the membership, as he is fooling me since long. I have all the recordings, messages, etc to prove all the above mentioned incidence.
      Also, once there was call from club mahindra, in which I have taken this person on conference who also committed the same thing which was a recorded call. So, please look into it and permit us to cancel the membership without any additional charges.

          I had taken bliss club membership vide membership no 2997151 the holiday starting february 2023 paying total of rs 79574 initial amount of rs 65333 + one emi 14243 .

          1) the cancellation request was given on 20th february less than 1 month of the membership starting every product has 30 days look in period .Club mahindra though a very expensive product does'nt.

            I booked the holidays in Feb for the Kerala and not able to cancel the trip as came to know my wife is in first trimester of pregnancy . She can't travel in the first trimester and i requested the company to reaccredit the nights on medical reason. After getting no response on mail from last 3 Months they are not ready to reaccredit the points...

            I have been a club mahindra member since the year 2019. For the first few years getting room availability was practically impossible due to corona so, my room inventory accumulated. on dated 30th Nov, 2022 they intimated that the maximum inventory one could retain was 21 days. They consequently deducted 7 days from my inventory on dated 1st Dec, 2022. Only one day given me for booking and and thinking. This is totally unfair Service. One day is not enough for booking at Club Mahindra. I called them today and was told that my request was rejected. I have paid for both the membership and the annual maintenance charges which are raised every year and I do not intend letting my nights lapse easily. Please do assist me in this matter.

              I am Anju Khurana took a bliss membership the holiday starts from 1st Feb 2023 i have sent various mails starting 20th February for cancellation of membership I got a mail yesterday saying 60% shall be deducted of the 79574 which i had paid as administrative charges as nothing was utilised by me this is absurd and ridiculous I am asking club Mahindra to return the complete amount i have immediately asked for cancellation in the first month Membership no is no 2997151

              I read the mail sent by club Mahindra which they had sent 2 days back they have said they will not refund any money as less 60, %has been paid and the amount has gone in administrative expenses this is crazy and cheating they is also a case of security as they blocked a room in my name as i had not done or authorised any booking in my name

              The complaint is still not resolved i don't know how they have marked resolved got a mail saying no REFUND shall be paid i have paid Rs. 79574 they are telling nothing shall be refunded membership started on 1st February 2023 i have initiated cancellation on 20th Feb 23 .They say complete amount has been used as Administrative expenses,
              This is cheating and day light robbery help me get the refund

                    Dear Sir/Mam, i have enrolled for club mahindra on 11th Dec 2022 and made the payment of 1.5 L through my credit card. Next day i have sent cancellation to membership experience team. However replies received that tat is 45 days. And after so many followups they said it will refunded within 90 days. They also confirmed through email that refund will be done within 90 days of my cancellation request sent to them. During last month, they were saying refund will processed within 90 days from 12 jan 2023. Club mahindra team keeps on delaying to refund my money. Unfortunately i am not able to pay my credit card bill yet. My membership id is 2997163.

                        I want to complaint regarding membership my membership is given by sachin kumar tiwari he also says that after satisfying u have to pay ur first emi and he has taken first emi without any trip I have done the payment and he has taken membership from my credit card the card is not mine it's my friend credit card I have taken because he has discounted me when the emi cut from his number also he has taken two emi at the same month without any permission he has deducted from credit card also and from Google pay I have also done at the same time he is not responding any more not attending calls my husband also so I want my money.
