I, Salim K M took a holiday package called bliss classic from Club Mahindra Holidays and the membership ID is 2925815 which is valid from November 2020 to November 2030. While I took the membership, I was told that, I will be the applicant for the membership, my wife Vaheeda will be the co-applicant and my child Nibin will be added as child of member and the above mentioned people can travel and stay in any of their resorts without paying any additional cost on pre booking through their web portal. But when my son, Nibin made a booking, in the confirmation mail, it was mentioned that He have to pay 4000+ rupees per day per room including tax in order to stay in their Goa property. This was not mentioned while taking the membership and even I have not signed any agreement related to this with club Mahindra. So, My request is to refund the membership fee that is around Rupees1, 70000. Please do the needful.

    I have applied for Membership on 10th September 2021 and due to personal reasons I have requested to cancel my membership on 11th September 2021 itself. I have not yet received any refund so far. When you can get the money from me in 5 minutes why cant you provide the refund even after a month?.
    As per your terms and condition if a membership is cancelled with 10 days, then refund should happen with in 30 days of cancellation request. Please note that I might proceed with Legal action if there are further delays with my refund.

          Dear club Mahindra
          I have upgraded my Gozest classic membership into blue studio 25 years membership and paid 198617rs Of difference amount in Kumbhalgarh resort on 15 July 2021 but I was not informed about additional annual charges to be paid every year of rs 17386. If I have to pay it every year then I am not interested to upgrade. so request you to refund my upgrade amount of rs 198617.

            We are pretty fed up as outsiders get better preference over members who have spent lacs of rupees and company denies each time have recorded evidence of the same...trying for lonavla tried 30 days ahead when it opens up but agent says its full... corruption all the way

              I salaam shaikh member of your Mahindra club, I want to complain regarding your employee. I got a call from your side few days ago regarding my ASF and many offers I told them that I’ll see if it suitable to my choice he told me contact with his senior and call me later. Then on 4th October 11:45am I got a call from your employee and he was talking very rudely to me. I am member of yours from 8 years and always has good impression of yours on call or be at your resort

                  I has taken membership of club Mahindra on 17 September 2021, In the name o[censored]day Handa ( membership ID 2955880) they make false promises on international travel, they told I can travel anywhere international of there list but after full payment was made they said you can only travel aisan countries and rest all countries are for there member who take 25 years membership and now I have informed about cancellation of membership and refund within 10 days of payment than they are trying to delay my refund.
                  Please help me in cancellation of membership and refund of my amount paid which 113603 which paid via credit card.

                    I have enrolled club Mahindra membership on[protected] for 10 year blue studio but due to some conditions which was different from brief by sales person and mail received from club Mahindra I have mailed club Mahindra for cancellation of my membership on[protected] to [protected]@mahindraholidays.com
                    And I also mailto:[protected]@clubmahindra.com, [protected]@mahindraholidays.com

                    But till date no satisfactory reply received from your side.
                    Kindly look into the matter and cancel my membership and refund my money.
