Had raised for membership cancellation, but no response yet & they not even allowing to book any further holidays for days already paid for. This is unprofessional & cheating. Fooling people with their hard earning money. We took membership to enjoy with family, but we are harassed on every step.

Food and privacy... I'll treating..

I went to spend pongal holidays (14.01.24 to 17.01.24) with BOOKING ID-2656907 at club Mahindra Ooty, .. to my best of my knowledge, holiday resorts is to spend holidays with or without family to with pleasent and with privacy.

But in ooty property there is no PRIVACY AND PLEASENT... The food was very poor in taste and poor in quality and much higher cost than its quality, so v got food frm outside.. but the food AND dinning...

Forfeited deposits and not returning money

My membership ID is 2757243. I have paid down payment of Rs.34700 on 20.04.2017 and paid 20000 in 3 installment bearing cheque nos. 78156, 157 and 159 dated 7.5.17, 7.6.17 and 10.8.17 respectively. I have not availed even a single trip after paying approx Rs. 84000/- to Mahindra Holidays due to some personal issues and cancelled the membership. I have paid total of approx 84k in EMI and advance to club Mahindra. I recently informed them That I want to cancel my membership. Post I sent an email request they are now informing that cant refund as I have paid less than 60% of plan amount. I was sold on EMI based plan. An the executive who sold me plan told me that that 60/40 ratio would be applied in case of cancelled. i.e 40% amount was expected in refund. Now they are sharing email...
