Social media is free medium where people are free to write their issues and problems, every situation or problem can be solved and these comments hurt the name of a particular company or person. Club JIva has thousands of members and 30-40 bad reviews don't make them frauds because no company in the world can have 100% customer satisfied, I personally have holidayed with them and have never faced a problem, though there were booking hassles some times the problems were handled by customer care. So I personally would recommend club jiva to anyone who wants to have a great time on his/her holidays.. Was this information helpful? | |||

Rohan- Are you a paid dog from club jiva? You better lick the members of club jiva by getting paid for posting the false information.
They never responded to me since Nov-15 and you are saying that you had better holiday experience with them. These have played with emotions of people and soon everyone will be beaten like dogs on the road

This forum is not about customer satisfaction but about the concerns from the people who took membership and no service has been provided.
Answer the following with justification:
1. Is La Calypso in Goa owned by Club Jiva? If so, how can they misrepresent? I spoke to La Calypso management and denied that resort belongs to them
2. Why people are not getting membership after paying the amount?
3. Why fraud has been done by Club Jiva claiming 32 resorts?
4. How can people be invited 365 days for 5ht year annual celebrations when company was registered in Dec-2013?
