[Resolved] Club Jiva — Refund of Membership Money ( Rs 35,000) | |||
I have taken membership by paying initial amount of Rs.35, 000/= from Matheran Special promotion camp. Due to tremendous persuasion i have taken this decission, But once i came back to Mumbai and found that i wont be able to pay the installments, i immediately informed Club Jiva the very next day, and asked to cancel my membership and refund my money, i was made to hold on by some exective and told that she will speak to the company directors and get back, but after 15 days, after making continous follow-up the answer is negative. Oct 21, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved After constant follow-up and mail communication, the CLUB JIVA management has found my claim for cancellation of my membership and refund amount of Rs 35, 000/= as genuine and legalally binding.
I have got a written communication that my membership amount of Rs 35, 000/= would be refunded.
I truly thank CLUB JIVA for taking up this matter and making a very positive move that has gained my confidence in CLUB JIVA.
I hereby declare that my query is resolved and there is no further complaint against CLUB JIVA. ( Subject to receipt of cheque).
