[Resolved]  Club Mahindra Holidays — application cancellation - jimit shukla - june/2017/25 yrs/177734

Hi,

I was approached by your sales team member named ashish mahendra. He explained me and was convinced to take up the blue studio membership. I asked him to give me few hours to think over it and go through the terms and conditions so that i may discuss with my family n friends. But as instant decision was to be made on completion of presentation, i blocked the membership by paying 10% down payment of 27, 680/- on 02/09/2017 14:40 pm.

After going through the terms and conditions of documents signed i came across clause that there is annual subscription fees (14, 750/- informed) which is not fixed and may increase any year. Also rci charges will be required to be paid after 2yrs and 1200/- per day additional on rci resorts visit.

Overall i would conclude that i am withdrawing my application and request for a refund as in terms it's mentioned that full refund can be demanded in 10 days of down payment.

Also share me postal address where written request is to be sent.

Club Mahindra only cheat their customer, even they do forgery also with their signatures/ papers.

My suggestion to all the viewers, be aware from Club Mahindra.

I have vide my multiple mails request the club mahindra to cancel my membership and refund my money back. All the grievance what i have with club mahindra, already my first mail dt. 05th Aug 2017. Again reproduce here:-
I wish to report the pathetic customer service on offer & the dishonest, deceitful manner of luring clients by “Club Mahindra Holidays” of Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited(MHIL).

a) It all started with an invitation to attend a presentation of “Club Mahindra holidays” at Greater Noida being a member of the Hundai creta Cars with offering 2 days holiday package. However at the presentation, I was told to buy the membership then & there as it would not be available later. – A clear case o[censored]nfair trade practice being followed by MHIL.

b) They offered me movie tickets for four person and two days assured holiday package just to attend their invitation and offered me to combined this 2 days holiday package with complimentary 5 days and make it 7 days after buying this package which we can avail with our family ( upto 12 person by reducing the no of days ). I have a proof of this commitment. But after buying this package they have not given 2 days package to me.


c) After having being forced into buying the membership (14/Jun/17), i was offered to plan my visit any time immediately for experience of Club mahindra holiday home and they assure that with in 2 days you will get your memership ID. I told my plan for Nanital from 24th June 27th June as it was already planned. I called several time for confirming availiabiity for booking and membership ID but most of the times my calls were not attended and when attended they raise their hand. My plan was spoiled because of not confirmation and since i was waiting for their reply i have not arrange other altenate booking.
Later on your marketing officers felt sorry and said next time it will not happen, any time I can make my plan and inform them for arrangement. I called them for show me demo booking pattern in membership login id. But they have not come.


d) Even with my last experience, I again believe on their commitments and almost one month before i told for my plan which will be schedule from 12th Aug to 14th August. Again they assured for my booking. When i started to follow-up they unattended our phones and when i call from my other no's my call was attended but this time also they raised their hand and said that the booking is not available for family. This is the second time i was totally harassed with your people and services.

It was very surprising because when they force us for buying membership they falsely present that it is the best package if you plan your holiday with your family. and various others mis-statment was told to us, which we came to know only after getting our kit and after login membersip ID. They told us that you can planned your holidays online and booked the accommodation upto next 4 months. But whenever we try to book the hotels we couldn't be able to book at any site as it shows all hotels booked for next 4 months for any location.

In short I can say that a lot of facts were hided and various misstatement were made to cheat us. Whatever is commited during invitation and fill in the registration forms were not provided us. I have their hand written papers they have offered to us during meeting. This is a clear case of cheating & dishonesty by MHIL as they had enticed me into buying the membership without apprising me of the Rules & regulations, something which was obligatory on their part.

On various attempts to contact MHIL, I found out to my dismay that the telephones to Marketing officer Mr. Akshay and Mr. Avinash were unattended. Calls to cell phone were not answered & the assured ‘call back’ also did not happen. Somehow i got connected to them after so many calls and SMS, they misbehaves me and asked me to cancel the membership. This is a total harassment to me, i feel cheated by M/s Club Mahindra. They have taken my hard earned money by such a fraud practice.

So I have decided to cancel my membership because i cannot take this much mental harassment and request for immediately refund my money back and not to present my further EMI Cheque further to banks without my permission. And if any cheque is presented after this request of cancellation of membership will be treated as fraud by M/S Club Mahindra.

Even my specific instruction, Club mahindra present cheque and further also they have used ECS facility and forcefully recovered the amount from my account.

It is very unfortunate that an organization like Club Mahindra is making such kind of cheating with their valuable customers by using the benefit of technology. It covers under IT crime. Since their services does not meet the promises which the sells person tells to the customer. They dont have any right to trouble their customer and giving them mental pressure. Initial experience was worst. Now this is the extreme heights of fraud.

It is pertinent to mention here that your Sales executive told us that first we can use the complementary offers than the EMI will start and we can decide whether we want to continue this membership or not after my experience with the Club Mahindra. But it is also a misstatement, and even till now i have not used any complementary offers, because of the Club Mahindra only, how they can recovered EMI from my account.
It again proves that the promises made to me during offering were false and misleading.

This is not just a complaint but a case of ignorance, misleading, cheating and fraudulent towards the customer. So I not only want my refund back with full interest but also a compensation for my time wasted for the last 3.5 months.
